The certificate ID is printed in the upper right of your certificate, and is encoded in the QR code beside it.
Verification opens when the first artwork is completed
Certificates are issued once an artwork has all of its places filled and has been produced. Until the first artwork is finished, there are no certificate IDs to check, and this page cannot return a result.
If you are holding a certificate and this page is not yet returning results, write to info@tamjump.com with the ID and we will confirm it directly.
What verification shows
- whether the certificate ID was issued by the ONE HEART PROJECT;
- the artwork number and title the piece belongs to;
- the piece number and its position within that artwork;
- the date the artwork was completed.
Verification does not display the name, photograph or contact details of the certificate holder.
What a certificate is
A certificate is a record of participation. It carries no financial return, no ownership share, no revenue interest and no guaranteed resale value. Verifying it confirms participation and nothing more. This is set out in full in the participation terms.
