One Heart Project

The holders' circle

Every place carries a certificate ID. The ID is not only proof that your piece is in the artwork — it is how you get into the room with the other people who put their own face into the same picture.

Holders only

A group no one enters without an ID. Everyone inside it is in the artworks.

Once a month

A call across time zones. You find out who else is holding up the same picture.

In your country

Gatherings held where holders actually are, not only in Tokyo.

Notices first

Dates and invitations reach holders before anyone else, and later through an app only holders can open.

I have a certificate ID

Check the ID first, then leave an address so the invitations reach you.

Printed in the upper right of your certificate, and encoded in the QR code beside it. To read the record itself, use certificate verification.

Used for circle notices and nothing else. You can ask to be taken off the list at any time.

My ID has not arrived yet

Certificate IDs for Kickstarter places are issued after the campaign closes on 8 October 2026, once the survey goes out. Leave an address now and the ID and the first invitation arrive together.

Where this stands

The circle is being built now. The monthly call starts once the first group of holders is in, and the gatherings follow the map — they happen where holders are, so the places are set by who joins. Dates are announced to holders first.

Anything on this page that is not yet running is described as a plan, not a promise. What is fixed is the record: places stay open until 30 June 2027, the artworks are made as they stand on that date, and certificates are delivered digitally by 30 September 2027.

What the circle is not

Membership carries no financial return, no ownership share, no revenue interest and no guaranteed resale value. It is a room, not an asset. This is set out in full in the participation terms.
